As our cakes and desserts are freshly prepared and perishable, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only within 5 minutes. Once preparation or customization begins, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds

If your order is damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the confirmed order, please contact us promptly with your order details and clear photographs.

After verification, Samriddhi Cakes may offer a replacement, partial/full refund, depending on the issue.

Customized Cakes

Our cakes are handmade, so minor variations in colour, design, decoration, or topper placement may occur. Such minor variations will not normally qualify for a refund.
